CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their booking deposit. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may reschedule without
penalty. No-shows will forfeit the full booking deposit. The Institute reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for repeated late cancellations. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

REFUND POLICY

Booking deposits are non-refundable but transferable toward a rescheduled appointment made within 30 days. Treatment packages are non-refundable once
commenced. Where a treatment cannot be performed for medical reasons determined at consultation, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION PROCESS

All appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a booking deposit. A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of booking. A reminder
will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.

PRIVACY POLICY / POPIA COMPLIANCE

The Aesthetics Institute is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013.
Personal information collected — including contact details, medical history, and treatment records — is used solely for the purpose of providing care and
communicating with you regarding your treatment. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly. All records are stored securely and retained in
accordance with applicable South African health regulations.
